Product Information:

BrdU (5-Bromo-2’-deoxyuridine)은 thymidine의 합성 유사체로, 신규 DNA 합성 및 세포 증식을 연구하는 데 사용될 수 있습니다. BrdU는 세포주기의 S기 동안 복제 중인 DNA에 natural thymidine 대신 통합됩니다. 생성된 DNA는 BrdU 특이적 항체를 이용한 면역화학적으로 검출할 수 있습니다.
